Several Valley women made the 2026 Inc. Female Founders 500 list.
Six Arizona honorees were on The 500 list, which was announced earlier this month. Some were additionally recognized as Newcomers, Changemakers, Brand Architects and Powerbrokers — highlighting exceptional leadership in their industries.
The annual list, which has been published since 2018, honors women entrepreneurs from high-growth companies across the globe, from public and private entities to nonprofits. Under their leadership, their businesses collectively generated approximately $12.3 billion in 2025 revenue and $12.2 billion in funding to date, according to Inc. magazine.
The women who made the list in the Grand Canyon State hail from myriad sectors including real estate, consumer products, health care and medical, and consumer services. Here’s a roundup of Arizona’s six Inc. Female Founders 500 honorees:
• Anita Verma-Lallian, founder and CEO of Arizona Land Consulting — a commercial real estate firm in Phoenix. Verma-Lallian, who is Phoenix Business Journal 2025 Outstanding Women in Business honoree, was recognized for strengthening the company’s brand recognition and delivering multiple large-scale development deals.
• Cara Dumaplin is the founder of Taking Cara Babies, an online infant and toddler sleep training program in Glendale. Dumaplin was recognized for increasing her sleep support brand’s visibility with lounges at Baylor University, a new swaddling product, and a Target partnership.
• Jasmine Bhatti, the founder of Navi Nurses, a private-duty nursing service in Phoenix, was recognized for scaling the private duty nursing company from two to 15 employees and providing over 40,000 hours of care. Bhatti is also a Phoenix Business Journal 2024 Health Care Heroes honoree and 2024 AZ Inno Fire Awards winner.
• Kelly Kussman, the founder of Cayla Gray, a transparent ingredient fragrance company in Phoenix, was recognized for growing the fragrance company’s brand recognition by speaking on leadership panels and expanding a mentorship program for other founders.
• Nineveh Madsen, CEO and co-founder of Supra Human, an online fitness coaching firm in Scottsdale was recognized for steering the online fitness company’s strategic entry into the female marketplace and doubling revenue.
• Vivian Valenty, the founder of Chandler-based Dazzle Dry (VB Cosmetics) a quick-dry nail care system, was recognized for raising brand visibility by securing more than 300 media placements and winning awards in the beauty space. Valenty is a Phoenix Business Journal 2026 Outstanding Women in Business honoree.

Nineveh Madsen was also listed in the Newcomers category, recognizing business women who are just getting started and already achieving success.
Cara Dumaplin and Jasmine Bhatti were listed as Changemakers for being on a mission to do good while growing.
Kelly Kussman and Vivian Valenty were listed as Brand Architects for being smart marketers and product designers.
Anita Verma-Lallian was listed in Powerbrokers for being a category leader at the top of her game.
